       深圳大学特聘教授,博士,入选第十二批“青年千人计划”。中国科学院半导体研究所博士,美国可再生能源国家实验室博士后,美国科罗拉多矿业大学研究助理教授,科罗拉多大学博尔德分校研究助理教授。参与国家重点研发计划重点专项课题。在半导体纳米材料、新材料预测、透明导电体、自旋电子学和拓扑绝缘体等前沿领域取得多项创新性研究成果, 发表SCI论文60多篇, 包括Nature Physics、Nature Chemistry、Nature Commun.、Phys. Rev. Lett.、Energy & Environmental Science、Nano Lett.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Appl. Phys. Lett.、Phys. Rev. B、J. Chem. Phys. 40余篇,在中国物理学会秋季会议、美国材料学会秋季会议和美国物理学会三月会议做邀请报告,并受邀为《Quantum Dots:Research,Technology and Applications》一书撰写一章。研究成果被国际知名科学家在Science、Nat. Phys.、Nat. Mater.、Nat. Chem.、Nat. Commun. 等研究论文上正面评价和引用。

1.光电材料理论设计与高通量预测;
2.低维半导体材料;
3.拓扑绝缘体与自旋电子学;
4.晶体结构搜索方法。
